Electronics Technician
We are currently looking for an Electronics Technician to join our team. This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Bibra Lake facilities.
You’ll be doing.
- Reading and interpreting technical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Conducting component-level troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Assembling, testing, and calibrating electronic systems and components.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute technical expertise.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and test results.
- Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies to support continuous improvement.
You’ll bring.
- Accredited Electronics Technician Trade Certificate or working towards this qualification
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

Assets Coordinator / Project Coordinator
We are currently looking for an Assets Coordinator / Project Coordinator to join our Assets team. This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Bibra Lake facilities.
You’ll be doing.
- Assist in the sourcing of tooling parts and rental equipment as required by internal and external client operations. Identified items will be forwarded to purchasing for processing.
- Make sure tooling work packages are completed and are fit for purpose.
- Issue workshop, work packs and engineering requests to assure repairs and modification.
- Liaise with TMT client on technical aspects and load our requirements of their project.
- Assure all asset certification is up to date in keeping with operational priorities and TMT procedures.
- Manage maintenance and servicing work for all TMT ROV Tooling (track locations and service documents).
You’ll bring.
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent (Mechanical and or Electrical preferred).
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with asset management systems.
- Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry.

Hydraulics Technician
We are currently looking for a Hydraulics Technician to join our Hydraulics team. This position is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Bibra Lake facilities.
You’ll be doing.
- Flushing, pressure testing, and function testing of hydraulic systems.
- Operating and maintaining of air-driven tools, pumps, and motors.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting of hydraulic fittings, hoses, valves, regulators, and other components.
- Operating and maintaining of subsea oil and gas equipment, including HPUs, umbilicals, and accumulators.
- Working on ROV equipment and tools, making sure they work without any problems.
- Ensuring that pressure tests are carried out correctly in accordance with TMT and client standards.
- Managing workflow expectations during busy periods.
- Assisting apprentices.
You’ll bring.
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade.
- Certificate IV in Fluid Power (preferred).
- 2-5 years’ experience working with Hydraulics.

Electrician
TMT is currently seeking an Electrician to join our Electrical team. This position is offered on a Full-Time basis at our Bibra Lake workshop.

You’ll be doing
- Keeping up to date with appropriate codes and standards.
- Must be available as required to perform remote work offshore or off-site, this includes but not limited to ROV operations, tooling, mobilisations, demobilisations.
- Installing, maintaining, and testing TMT electrical equipment and ROV system both onshore and offshore.
- Completing test records for electrical projects.
- Assembly and wiring of electrical enclosures and distribution boards.
- Tagging and repairing of tools and equipment including updating the tagging and equipment register.
- Supervising and mentoring apprentices.
- Hazardous area inspection on various electrical equipment.
You’ll bring
- A Grade Electrical Licence.
- Be willing/available to support unplanned and planned Offshore Operations.
- Maintain a safety-first attitude while working under pressure in a high-risk environment.
- Can manage multiple jobs with strict deadlines.
- Ability to read wiring or circuit diagrams.
- Experience in fault-finding.
- Oil and gas industry experience (preferred but not essential).
Additional Training offered:
- ROV Tooling familiarity, operation, and maintenance training.
- Hazardous Area Training.
